Privacy Policy

Your business is personal, and so is your information. Off Ramp collects only what it needs to value your business and help you prepare it for sale. We never sell your data. Your documents are yours — downloadable and deletable, during and after your access. Below is exactly what we collect, why, who touches it, and the rights you have.

This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices of Sevyn Streams LLC ("Sevyn Streams," "we," "our," or "us") for the Off Ramp product and the website offramp.sevynstreams.com, its subdomains, and related domains (collectively, the "Site"), together with our services, features, content, and applications (with the Site, the "Services"). By using the Services and creating an account, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

This Policy is incorporated into and made a part of the Off Ramp Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this Policy or the Terms, please do not use the Services.

Information you provide

• Account information: your name and email address, so you can sign in and return to your work.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card number — Stripe handles that. We keep a record of your purchase (amount, date, and your acceptance of our Terms and this Policy).
• Business information you share: your intake answers, financial figures, audience and email-list numbers, and anything you tell the AI coach.
• Documents you upload: if you choose to verify your numbers, the financial documents you upload (such as profit-and-loss statements, tax returns, or subscriber exports). Uploading is always optional.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and general activity, collected to operate and secure the Services.
• Cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 6.

• To calculate your valuation and readiness score.
• To generate your roadmap, documents, and Deal Room materials.
• To enable the AI coach to answer using your actual numbers.
• To process your payment and manage your access.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services.
• To communicate with you about your account, and — only if you opt in — about news or offers.

We do not use your business information to train public AI models.

We are the sole owner of the information collected through the Services. We share information only with the service providers that make Off Ramp work, and only what they need to perform their function:

• Stripe — to process your payment.
• Supabase — to securely store your account and data.
• Anthropic (Claude) — to power the intake conversation, the AI coach, and document drafting. Your inputs are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate responses.
• Email and analytics providers, as applicable, to send account-related messages and understand product usage.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your business data with other users, buyers, or advertisers.

We may also share information: (i) with your consent; (ii) to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a court order or subpoena; (iii) to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights, or to respond to a government or investigatory request; (iv) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sevyn Streams, our users, or others, including for fraud prevention; and (v) to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the successor to honor this Policy.

• Your data is protected by row-level security: you can access only records belonging to your own businesses, enforced at the database level.
• Documents you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled location.
• Sensitive information transmitted to the Site is encrypted in transit. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us.

No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Every document you create or generate in Off Ramp belongs to you. You may download your documents at any time — during your active access year and after it ends. You may delete uploaded documents from your account whenever you choose. We do not hold your work hostage.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and device identifiers) to operate the Site, keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand usage so we can improve the Services. Most browsers let you control or disable cookies; if you disable them, some features of the Site may not function correctly. We do not serve third-party advertising within Off Ramp.

You may, at any time, by contacting us at melissa@sevynstreams.com:

• See what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information (you may also update much of it by signing into your account).
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Raise a concern about our use of your data.
• Opt out of marketing emails (by using the unsubscribe link, or by contacting us). You cannot opt out of essential account-related messages while you hold an account.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Upon a deletion request, we aim to delete your account within [30] days, and will remove information we are not legally required to retain.

Some records — such as proof of a completed transaction or consent — may be retained where required by law.

California residents may request a notice describing the categories of personal information we share with third parties for their direct-marketing purposes. Sevyn Streams does not provide personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. California residents may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including rights to know, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your information depends on the information concerned and the context in which we collect it — generally your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests, or a legal obligation. You have the right to: (i) request access to and a copy of your information; (ii) request rectification or erasure; (iii) restrict or object to processing; and (iv) where applicable, data portability.

Off Ramp is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at melissa@sevynstreams.com and we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any site you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date, and we will notify active users of material changes as required by law. Please review this Policy periodically.
